• Custom orders: May require additional time; we will confirm the exact timeline before starting.

If you need an item urgently, feel free to reach out—if possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We ship via trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

• Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier service.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout—we cannot replace or refund orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.
